DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of Wine and Food Pairings with the backdrop of the beautiful Lake Superior Railroad Museum. With fine wines paired with delicious cuisine. All tickets include a 5 course meal\, prepared by MidCoast Catering of Duluth\, along with 5 wine samplings. A cash bar is available too. Live music will keep the atmosphere lively\, along with Emcee Ken Buehler and an expert sommelier. \nTentative wine pairings: Chemistry Wine\, Chehalem Wines\, Stroller Family Wine \n \nDinner Menu:\nButter Board\nBeet Salad\nKofta w. coconut rice\nShort Rib w. chive & cream cheese smashed baby reds & roasted vegetables\nGrand Marnier Bundt Cake \n(Note\, if vegetarian/vegan\, a portobello steak for will substitute the short Rib.) \nReservations/tickets are required in advance\, and the whole evening is limited to 50 guests.
