The Soo Line No. 2719 was the last steam locomotive to operate on the Soo Line. It pulled the last steam passenger service on June 21, 1959. During its operation the No. 2719 traveled between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000 miles on its passenger routes between Chicago, Duluth, and Minneapolis.
