Like lighting a firebox to boil some water and build pressure in the steam dome for a long trip on a locomotive… Duluth is building pressure to its summer season. Soon the “whistle will blow” to a summer full of events, attractions, and TRAINS! The Lake Superior Railroad Museum is open daily from 10am to 5pm, and sometimes open until 6pm on Fridays/Saturdays when there is a Pizza Train. Yes, train excursions have started on the North Shore Scenic Railroad and are operating now Friday-Sundays and later Thursday-Sunday in the summertime. Make your reservations and have lots to look forward. Remember the museum is member supported, and please consider signing up for a membership if you haven’t already. Member perks include free admission to the museum, as well as free rides on the North Shore Scenic Railroad. Hope to see you soon!
